Disappointing. I’m a huge fan of Perry’s work but this just sounds like some badly patched together dub/reggae with Rave undertones, and the great man’s vocals, stitched over the top. There’s no consistency either within, or between the songs, making for a rather uneven listening experience rather than the immersive vibe that Dub usually invokes.  Ian Pickens
