I first came across this Bristolian four piece supporting ‘70s Bovver Rock Bad Boys Giuda on their recent tour and promptly pre-ordered this 7”, such was the impression they made as opening band. Four tracks inspired by 60s Nuggets style Garage Rock with a bubblegum pop injection and a hint of Sonic Youth (maybe a smidgeon of Mudhoney) on Side 2’s opening track White Boy. Stick on your turtleneck jumper, raise your bass guitar up to your armpits and get ready to Twist pop-pickers. Ian Pickens
