Lazy Class – Pressure Rising 7\” (Spirit Of The Streets)

\"\"

After a string of releases Polish streetpunks Lazy Class have hit you where it hurts with their strongest tunes yet. With striking cover art this new three tracker has quality written all over it. As with their other records, it\’s the attention to detail that makes records from Spirit of the Streets stand out and this is no exception with thick card cover, inner sleeve and nice thick vinyl, you can tell this is a labour of love. The band have also held up their side of the bargain and delivered three strong mid-paced songs that stick in your head long after the record has spun out. Taking their cues from the classic UK bands but with a modern sound along the same lines as the likes of Lion\’s Law or Grade 2, but with some rockier touches that remind me of Holland\’s Subrockers here and there. The not-so-Lazy Class are going from strength to strength and this EP is the jewel in their working class crown. Tom Chapman
