NY IN 64 Releases Powerful Video For \”Couldn\’t Be Saved\”

Magic Bullet Records is proud to present the official music video for NY IN 64\’s \”Couldn\’t Be Saved,\” the first track from the album The Gentle Indifference of the Night, which is set for worldwide release this Friday, May 26th.

Directed by Michael Englisis, NY IN 64\’s \”Couldn\’t Be Saved\” video clocks in at just over six minutes and is an exhilarating romp through life, death, and everything in between. Issues Magic Bullet, \”In all earnestness, it\’s one of best DIY music videos we\’ve had the opportunity to watch and it\’s an honor to be able to share it with everyone in advance of the album\’s official release date.\”

Magic Bullet Records will release The Gentle Indifference Of The Night on translucent blue vinyl and all digital platforms on May 26th; find LP preorders at the label webshop HERE and digital/LP preorders at Bandcamp HERE.

NY IN 64 has booked a record release weekend May 26th through 28th with shows in Flemington, Providence, and Brooklyn, and new tour dates are being planned as well.

NY IN 64 The Gentle Indifference Of The Night release weekend:

5/26/2017 Flemington DIY – Flemington, NJ

5/27/2017 Psychic Readings – Providence, RI

5/28/2017 Gold Sounds – Brooklyn, NY

The follow-up to 2015\’s self-titled debut documents NY IN 64 pushing their sonic template to new heights, realizing an even more refined and uniquely inspired style of instrumental hardcore aggression. The hooks are bigger, the musicianship has broken through the ceiling, the dynamics are deeper and far more textured. The album\’s guitars and bass were recorded by Chris Alfano at Volume Fact, the drums and additional guitars recorded by John Ferrara at Portrait Recording Studios. The record was mixed by Scott Evans at Antisleep Audio, and mastered by Nick Zampiello at New Alliance East, and its layout completed with photography by Justin Hock and layout by the band and Brent Eyestone. With six new movements, The Gentle Indifference Of The Night is a triumph of an album that truly sounds like no other.
