Being more than a little partial to the apple nectar (more commonly known as cider), I was fortunate enough to enjoy a sample or two of Hallets Cider in a number of local establishments. Discovering that Hallets was relatively close to MM HQ, and thanks to a friend introducing me to them, I endeavoured to make it my mission to interview the people responsible for creating and producing this incredible real cider. So on a cold December morning, over a cup of coffee, I sat down and chatted to Andy, Ann and Andrew about their cider, how they make it, everything Hallets related and so much more.
