Being more than a little partial to the apple nectar (more commonly known as cider), I was fortunate enough to enjoy a sample or two of Hallets Cider in a number of local establishments. Discovering that Hallets was relatively close to MM HQ, and thanks to a friend introducing me to them, I endeavoured to make it my mission to interview the people responsible for creating and producing this incredible real cider. So on a cold December morning, over a cup of coffee, I sat down and chatted to Andy, Ann and Andrew about their cider, how they make it, everything Hallets related and so much more.  And this is what they had to say…
