Basically a walking/cycling guide to Northeast Portland based on the life, observations and writings of Beverly Cleary. Who; I hear you ask? Well… exactly. This is such a niche book that unless you know who Beverly Cleary is, or are intending visiting Portland, Oregon then it’s of little interest. However if you are visiting the area then Foster’s book is a compact and concise guide that offers an alternative to the conventional area guide books. Ian Pickens
