Part of the Problem Lyrics:

It’s easy being a white boy

When you’ve got no soul

Til you start to dig out of that hole Look me in the eye

And give it to me straight

I’ve got to do my part to stop the hate

I hear my better nature whispering in my ear

Telling me things I don’t wanna hear

Part of the problem Part of the problem

I can’t just wake up from this dream

I’m a cog in the machine

I wish I could say that I tried to do what’s right

And I was always looking for the light

It’s not easy to know that

You’re making the right choice

Sometimes it’s hard to raise your voice

I hear my better nature whispering in my ear

Telling me things I don’t wanna hear

Part of the problem Part of the problem

I can’t just wake up from this dream

I’m a cog in the machine I swear

I remember I had something to say

I tried but life got in the way

It’s like swimming through treacle

Facing up to the past

This soma high was built to last

I hear my better nature whispering in my ear

Telling me things I don’t wanna hear P

I can’t just wake up from this dream

I’m a cog in the machine

I can’t just wake up from this dream

I’m a cog in the machine
