I first met Fire From the Gods a few years ago when they were touring with Headbang for the Highway, a tour that was also a “battle of the bands” at every stop. The winner won a short leg tour on the Summer Slaughter Tour. FFtG were the hosts each night which meant they played a set of music as well as playing the roles of ambassadors. I was invited to meet them interview them, and then watch their live set. They were very nice, very down-to-earth, and very fucking amazing! This quintet has been gaining popularity steadily since I met them and I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up on mainstream rock radio soon. Interestingly enough, when I met them they had two vocalists, Chris and AJ. Only AJ is still with them so don’t let that confuse you when you listen to the audio. I can’t wait to see these guys again!
