Bigstake – Speed, Noise & Woman Love (Casket Music)
Heavy metal band from Izmir in Turkey doing Ozzy Ozbourne, Motorhead and early Metallica covers, oh no, sorry it’s not they do their own songs but they might as well do covers. It seems like they’ve just played along to those bands songs and adapted them with ridiculous lyrics, for example “Gonna shoot you in the ear, shoot you in the face, smash your head with the biggest stake”. or “Now your 10 feet tongue is not even an inch” I know English might not be their first language but come on!! It makes me titter reading the lyrics though which makes it better. The songs aren’t that bad to be honest just a bit of a cliché. Paul Hoddy
